What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you sign up and use Remoon: email, name, profile photo, style preferences, sizes, and messages between you and your stylist. We use this to deliver the service, match you with a stylist, and improve the app.
How we use it
Your data is used to run your account, show your profile to your assigned stylist, and process plan and payment details where applicable. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymised or aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.
Your rights
You can update your profile and preferences in Settings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@reply.remoon.io. If you are in the UK or EEA, you have additional rights under applicable data protection law.
